The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: accessed via an open-tread, winding staircase, 1 double with TV and en-suite bath with shower over, WC. 1 zip-and-link, made up as a twin although on request can zipped together to make a king-size with en-suite bath with shower over and WC and 1 single room.

Shower room: with double shower cubicle and WC.

Lounge: open-plan, well-furnished and equipped benefitting from underfloor heating, flatscreen TV/DVD and hi-fi. French doors lead out onto the rear enclosed patio.

Kitchen/diner: has exposed stone work, oak units, dishwasher, electric cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and many useful extras.

Outside: patio areas at the front and rear of the property, the front patio has outdoor chess/draughts, the rear having garden furniture and BBQ.

Leisure facilities: shared use of a hot tub.

Amenities: 2 dogs welcome.

Dogs are charged at £20.00 per week per dog or £5.00 per day per dog for short breaks.
